At Mambobaby Shop, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
